"Ryan Travaille - State Farm Insurance Agent Matt Henriques Posting publicly across Google Amalia at Ryan Travaille State Farm agency was very helpful in the claims process to move repairs along at the collision repair facility for the insured so he could get his truck repaired as fast as possible and avoid any work stoppages. She was always available on the phone and responded to insurance adjuster and collision repair facility email inquiries for more information promptly. As the shop's collision estimator, I had to contact her multiple times, and she assisted the insured in the claim process and advocated for him with the insurance adjuster. The insured was kept informed of the estimate and repair progress via emails. Due to the nature of the insured's job, the insured was unavailable during the collision repair facility and State Farm agency normal 8AM to 5PM work hours. It's great to have an insurance agency/agent help an insured move a claim along. Keep up the outstanding agency work! Matt"
